Spanish-qualified lawyer with over 10 years of experience in Big Four firms and top-tier law firms.
She spent eight years in Spain, beginning her career at EY Madrid, where she advised companies and individuals on international assignments and the application of double tax treaties, helping them manage their global tax obligations while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. She then worked for three years at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, one of Spain’s leading law firms, focusing on international taxation and cross-border structuring projects.
In 2023, she relocated to Dubai with KPMG to support the implementation of the UAE’s new federal corporate tax which came into effect on June 1, 2023, with a standard rate of 9% on taxable profits exceeding AED 375,000. This move aims to assist businesses in adapting to the new tax framework and developing tax-efficient structures.
Competed as a federation-level tennis player, an experience that taught her discipline, strategic thinking, and perseverance, values that continue to shape the way she works today.
She graduated with a Law Degree and holds an LL.M. in Access to the Legal Profession, as well as an LL.M. in International Taxation, from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Universidad Pontificia Comillas, respectively. She is also a Certified Conflict Mediator accredited by the Bar Association of Madrid (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid).
